Our Mission

Our hands but God heals, He leads we follow

Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people. Gal. 6:10

In obedience to God’s will and counting on His mercies and blessings, and driven by the desire to care for one another, we seek to provide help, direction and relief to those who suffer from cancer.

When you are told that you have no hope and to be prepared for your imminent death, we believe that there is still hope.

We join you in this last battle of your life. We shall carry out our task in good faith and to the very best as humanly possible with no regards to material rewards, race, religion or social status.

Principles

• We do not substitute medical doctors. We advise you to seek proper medical help.
• In addition, we advocate the use of herbs, and take a holistic approach towards your healing.
• We do not guarantee that the herbs can cure you of your cancer, but experiences of others showed that the herbs brought great relief and healing.
• Healing can only come if you lead a healthy lifestyle, free of stress (physical and mental) and take proper food. Having peace of mind and to believe in God – the Almighty Healer – is just as important as taking herbs or medicine.

Founders

The cock crows at the break of dawn

Reminding me of the new born resolve
With the knowledge You’ve bestowed upon me
Show me Lord, Your way.
– Prayer of 1995

In May 1995, CA Care was born. It started from the sitting room of the home of Dr. Chris K H Teo and his wife, Ch’ng Beng Im.

We started by helping Benedict Yeoh who was down with liver cancer. A week later, Ben brought in Vijay who had lung cancer. From this humble beginning, the word spread and many came to us for help. As of date, we have helped many hundreds of people who had cancer.

Dr. Chris K. H. Teo, Dip. Agr. (M), B. Agr. Sc. (Hons.)(M), M.S, Ph. D. (Hawaii), Dip. Hom., was formerly a Professor of Botany at Universiti Sains Malaysia. He retired from this position in 2000, after teaching and researching at that University for 26 years. He has written numerous research papers and more than a dozen books. He was a fellow of the Matsumae International Foundation, fellow of the Alexander von Humbolt Foundation, and also was a consultant to UNDP-OPS-Bhutan Government.

Ch’ng Beng Im, B. Sc. (Edu.) (Hons.), is a school teacher and has contributed tremendously towards the success of CA Care.

The CA Care Prayer

Make us Lord,
An instrument of Your love and a light in the path of darkness.
To those who are lost, help us show a way
To those in despair, let there be Hope
To those in sadness, let there be Joy.
Grant us Lord,
Wisdom to do things rightly,
Strength to humbly help others, and
Courage to resist greed and self-glorification.
